LifeWorks Austin is seeking an Outreach Navigation Specialist to join our Street Outreach team. The role focuses on community-based outreach and providing supportive services to YYA up to age 24 who are runaways, street-dependent, or homeless.

You will conduct assessments, develop service plans, advocate, connect to housing, education, employment and wellness resources, and support day-to-day operations at the Youth Resource Center, including workshops to build life skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in social/behavioral sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with at risk youth or young adults; or 1 year with unhoused population.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HMIS experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish or ASL preferred.
