Job summary

The Vermont Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) seeks a Housing Program Coordinator with experience in housing program management, grants management, and manufactured housing portfolios. The role leads MHIR program activities, oversees grant agreements, and provides technical assistance to resident or park owner grantees.

You will support mobile home park registry processes, data entry, and reporting to the legislature, and collaborate with state agencies and local officials

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in housing finance or development, or related field.
• Experience with manufactured housing or mobile home parks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Housing Program activities related to the MHIR program.
• Prepare and review annual grant agreements and assist park residents or owners with registry forms and data entry.
• Collaborate with state agencies, advocates, and local officials to resolve park issues and improve program design.
