The role serves as the primary contact for housing referrals, searches, landlord relationships, and residential placement coordination.

• High School Diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.
• Experience in developmental disabilities, housing, or human services preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate housing referrals, searches, and applications with individuals, guardians, and Care Coordinators.
• Develop relationships with landlords, housing agencies, and community organizations to expand opportunities.
• Assist with housing searches, documentation, and connections to rental and utility assistance.
• Track referrals, outcomes, and housing opportunities; participate in meetings as assigned.
