• Collects and verifies employment, landlord, and related applicant information to ensure accuracy and completeness of housing program applications.
• Performs rent calculations.
• Processes applications for housing programs in accordance with established timelines.
• Performs office tasks, including reviewing documents for accuracy; preparing and sending mail; and providing customer service to applicants and others.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
