  • Review applications for housing services and make recommendations on approvals/denials.
  • Provide testimony at hearings regarding reasons for rejecting applications.
  • Schedule processing meetings to verify applicant information and coordinate corrections with staff.
  • Prepare program rejection letters and hearing files following policies and procedures.
