A community service organization in Texas seeks a Housing Director responsible for leading HUD-funded housing programs for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. The ideal candidate will manage program compliance, staff, and oversee community partnerships. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in housing services. The role involves budget management and community outreach to expand safe housing options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in housing or HUD-funded programs.
• 3+ years in domestic violence or related services.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage HUD ESG and CoC housing programs.
• Supervise housing program staff.
• Track expenditures and prepare financial reports.
