Job summary

ITAC Solutions in Waco, TX seeks a Housing Compliance Specialist to ensure HUD, Section 8, Public Housing, RAD, PBV and LIHTC compliance across programs. You will audit tenant files, translate regulatory changes into updated policies, and prepare detailed compliance reports for leadership.

The role requires a two-year degree or equivalent, knowledge of HUD programs, and strong Word/Excel skills. Driver’s license and ability to work with diverse communities are essential.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Business Administration or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of HUD housing programs and regulatory requirements.
• Housing Choice Voucher or Tax Credit Compliance certification preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to qualify for fleet insurance.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, property owners, agencies, and diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with HUD, Section 8, Public Housing, RAD, PBV, and LIHTC requirements.
• Audit tenant and applicant files for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
