Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience in housing management and tenant interaction preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PACT/Trust PBV/RAD activities and assign developments.
• Confirm vacancies and HQS readiness with property management.
• Assist staff and tenants with Section 8 inquiries.
• Provide Section 8 training to property management staff.
• Prepare monthly PBV status reports for senior leadership.
• Maintain positive customer service with residents and staff.
