Qualifications

• Familiarity with Leased Housing Program structures and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conducts file audits to ensure program files comply with regulatory and policy requirements.
• Verifies forms are complete and properly filed in tenant/owner records.
• Reviews income calculations and family composition against electronic records.
• Ensures correct apartment size, eligibility status, subsidy level, utilities, and payments.
• Coordinates with staff to ensure accurate payments on leases and retroactive rent adjustments.
• Schedules inspections and communicates with owners regarding inspections.
