Cape Fox subsidiary Eagle Health, LLC is accepting resumes for a Housing Project Analyst I to support the Division of Facilities Management & Construction Housing Program (DFMC) for the Indian Affairs (IA) members.

The DFMC, under the Department of the Interior, manages facilities for the BIA, BIE, and Tribal organizations, including housing. This remote position requires at least 12 site visits per BIA Region to validate facility data and conditions.

This position is contingent upon award.

The salary range is $80,000 – $85,000, with benefits including holidays, paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and 401K.

Core Duties:

• Reconcile Maximo, FCA reports, and iQMIS data to identify inconsistencies.
• Categorize discrepancies by asset ownership.
• Conduct at least 12 site visits per BIA Region.
• Analyze rental data for approximately 2,315 IA housing units.
• Support development of IA-wide housing rate assessments.
• Contribute to training and capacity building plans.
• Gather best practices and stakeholder input.
• Implement strategic data and performance management approaches.
• Review specifications, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
• Provide analysis, audits, evaluations, and reporting services.
• Develop reports and maintain secure records.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with team and government personnel.
• Participate in meetings and support project milestones.
• Respond to inquiries regarding data reconciliation and assessments.
