Cape Fox subsidiary Eagle Health, LLC is accepting resumes for aHousing Project Analyst Ito support the Division of Facilities Management & Construction Housing Program (DFMC) for the Indian Affairs (IA) members
The DFMC, as part of the Indian Affairs (IA) under the Department of the Interior, is responsible for managing and overseeing the facilities program for the BIA, the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), and federally recognized Tribes and Tribal organizations.This includes the planning, design, construction, renovation, operation, maintenance, improvements, and decommissioning of IA real property assets, including employee housing. The Branch of Asset Management within DFMC specifically manages the nationwide housing program and other related functions like the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) program and the Quarters management program.This is a remote position that will require at least 12 site visits per BIA Region validate facility data and conditions.
This position is contingent upon the award.
The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $80,000 – $85,000.The above salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company matches.
