Cape Fox subsidiary Eagle Health, LLC is accepting resumes for aHousing Project Analyst Ito support the Division of Facilities Management & Construction Housing Program (DFMC) for the Indian Affairs (IA) members

The DFMC, as part of the Indian Affairs (IA) under the Department of the Interior, is responsible for managing and overseeing the facilities program for the BIA, the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), and federally recognized Tribes and Tribal organizations.This includes the planning, design, construction, renovation, operation, maintenance, improvements, and decommissioning of IA real property assets, including employee housing. The Branch of Asset Management within DFMC specifically manages the nationwide housing program and other related functions like the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) program and the Quarters management program.This is a remote position that will require at least 12 site visits per BIA Region validate facility data and conditions.

This position is contingent upon the award.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $80,000 – $85,000.The above salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company matches. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.

Core Duties:

  • Reconciles Maximo, Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) reports, and Internet Quarters Management Information Systems (iQMIS) data to identify inconsistencies in facility and asset records
  • Categorizes discrepancies based on asset ownership (e.g., BIA, BIE, OJS, Tribal, Central Office, Other)
  • Participates in planning and conducting at least 12 site visits per BIA Region to validate facility data and conditions
  • Assists in collecting and analyzing rental data for approximately 2,315 IA housing units across all regions
  • Supports the development of a comprehensive IA-wide housing rate assessment, indicating whether each unit’s rent is appropriate
  • Contributes to the creation of a Training and Capacity Building Plan for BIA/BIE regional housing managers
  • Gathers best practices and stakeholder input for housing management training content
  • Plan and implement strategic approaches that meet data and performance management objectives
  • Conducts reviewing specifications and data, identifying trends and potential problems, and recommending alternatives and solutions
  • Provides independent and objective analysis and consulting services, including baseline assessments, program audits and evaluations, performance measures/indicators, and reporting
  • Assists in the development and preparation of reports that present findings
  • Supports the orientation briefing by assisting in content preparation and articulating an understanding of contract objectives
  • Assists in the development of written reports and deliverables required by the government
  • Maintains secure and organized records of all findings, supporting compliance with government reporting standards
  • Protects the confidentiality of non-public government records and data per contractual and legal guidelines
  • Adheres to defined work hours and log only productive direct labor hours
  • Communicates clearly with team members and Government personnel to coordinate on-site visits and project milestones
  • Participates in virtual or in-person meetings and provide technical or administrative support as needed
  • Responds to government inquiries regarding data reconciliation or assessment results

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Facilities Management, or a related field

  • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
