Cascadia Health seeks a Program Manager II for its Community & Housing Outreach in Portland, OR. The role leads the Housing Outreach Team, directs clinical and administrative staff, and ensures program goals align with trauma-informed care and housing retention objectives.

You will oversee operations, coordinate with partners, and manage reporting and compliance for grant-funded services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management or supervisory experience.
• Experience working within or leading a program with a harm reduction or housing first modality for adults.
• Two plus years experience preferred in homelessness.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of permanent supportive housing programs and staff.
• Lead QMHP, QMHA, Peer Wellness and administrative teams to deliver housing retention supports.
• Develop and implement program goals, policies and procedures with leadership partners.
• Coordinate with housing partners and property management teams.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, grant requirements and documentation standards.

Formation

Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science
