Job summary

The role works with StarRez, serves as frontline contact for students and families, and collaborates with the Housing Operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, operational or student services roles.

Responsibilities

• Housing Assignments: manage housing assignments for all residential campuses and ensure accuracy in StarRez.
• Student Processes & Appeals: oversee credit/GPA appeals and room changes within StarRez.
• StarRez System Support: collaborate with Housing Operations and maintain student records.
• Recruitment & Retention: assist with recruitment for prospective residents and retention efforts.
• Front Office & Student Support: act as first contact for Housing and Residence Life; assist ID services.
