Cal Poly Pomona's University Housing Services is seeking a Housing Operations Professional II to oversee administrative and facilities support for student housing. You will manage customer service, facilities work orders, and budget processes in a fast-paced campus environment.

This role emphasizes leadership of student staff, accurate reporting, and collaboration with IT and facilities to ensure safe, efficient residence life operations for more than 2,800 students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Two years of relevant experience; substitution rules apply.
• Working knowledge of housing operations systems and policies.
• Ability to lead and train student staff.
• Proficiency with StarRez or similar housing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, families, and staff.
• Manage work order system and reports in StarRez.
• Prepare and track budgets, PO amendments, and invoices.
• Maintain filing systems and records.
• Oversee key inventory and access control processes.
• Oversee service desk and package room operations.
• Coordinate vendor visits and campus services.
• Assist in scheduling student staff and reporting.
