Housing Operations, a division of Auxiliary & Business Services (A&BS), is seeking candidates for the position of Manager. This role oversees daily activities for assigned housing buildings, including supervising employees and ensuring effective operations in Custodial, Maintenance, Service, Safety, and Teamwork.
This is an on-campus, non-telecommuting position supporting over 3,500 students and 50+ technical service employees across multiple buildings. The role involves managing staff schedules, inspecting residential areas, overseeing maintenance projects, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring safety standards, monitoring budgets, and responding to critical incidents. The position requires excellent communication skills, good judgment, multitasking ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
