Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, Public Administration, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• One year of experience in administration, college student housing, or other applicable fields; experience with Microsoft Office, Banner, and StarRez preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Operations: coordinate housing administration in StarRez, billing, assignments, changes, renewals, and accommodations across systems.
• Manage student communications across email, phone, portal, SMS, and in person to ensure timely, accurate messaging.
• Support housing marketing and communications, update timelines, resources, and avoid inconsistencies across platforms.
• Attend meetings and events; cross-train staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
