Responsibilities

• Lead StarRez and campus systems administration to optimize occupancy and workflows.
• Coordinate housing applications, room assignments, and data reporting.
• Oversee facilities, maintenance, and logistics within housing operations.
• Develop and enforce policies, SOPs, and contracts with compliance.
• Provide staff training and performance management for housing operations.
