Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service in a diverse high-energy environment with multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience in facility supervision, budget management, maintenance and repairs or construct services and administrative processes.
• Experience exercising administrative and leadership functions within a complex organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct day-to-day operation of housing facilities.
• Serve as liaison to Facilities Management for routine care and building improvements.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance functions within housing area.
• Manage building use and occupancy; oversee move-in/move-out procedures.
• Assist in budget management and long-range planning.
• Supervise a full-time Assistant Director and student staff.
• Collaborate with Residence Life staff, vendors, contractors, plant operations and financial services.
• Support health and safety inspections and policy enforcement.
