Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Computer Science, Public Administration, Finance, Business Management, or Student Affairs.
• Experience in housing administration, residential property management, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and housing software systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills when working with diverse populations.

• Oversee processes for housing contracts, room selection, and related administrative tasks.
