Job summary

The Ohio State University, Department of Student Life's Columbus Housing and Residence Education unit, seeks a Housing Operations Lead Coordinator to process housing contracts and payments, manage occupancy data, and apply ADA/HUD guidance on ESA/Service Animals in collaboration with the Disability Services Office and ADA Coordinator.

Located at Lincoln Tower, this Regular, 40-hour position reports to the Assistant Director and requires a High School diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience;

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or GED. 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Desired: Associate degree in relevant field. 6 or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Process in-person and telephone credit card payments and ensure student billing reflects Tuition Guarantee cohorts.
• Review and communicate decisions regarding Emotional Support Animals and Service/Assistance Animals with ADA/HUD compliance.
• Train staff and students on room changes, contract deadlines, and on-campus housing regulations; maintain occupancy and assignment data.
