Job summary

Boston University is seeking a Manager, Housing, Operations Events & Conferences to oversee the summer housing program and related operations. You will coordinate housing for 100+ programs and internships, ensuring efficient room scheduling and client service across campus during peak season.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of hospitality, customer service or project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Detail oriented with accurate and timely delivery of work.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of summer housing operations.
• Coordinate housing for 100+ programs annually and internship housing.
• Work with the Associate Director on day-to-day management of the operation.
