You will ensure clients are adequately housed, apartments meet standards, and coordinate with program staff to address housing needs.

Minimum 5 years in NYC property management with a Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in NYC property management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with housing programs and cross-functional coordination.

• Identify and secure new housing opportunities for clients.
• Complete fieldwork related to property management including inspections and visits.
• Negotiate lease-up packages: pre-screening, rental negotiations, showings, reviews, payments.
