Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervisory duties and managing maintenance staff.
• Perform and supervise repairs across plumbing, electrical, painting, and more.
• Input and manage daily work orders and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain vehicles, safety checks, and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies as needed and coordinate with tenants.
