Qualifications

• Negotiating lease agreements with landlords and management companies.
• Knowledge of state and city housing and disability laws and codes.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with landlords and management companies to establish relationships.
• Oversees compliance with housing laws, codes, and lease agreements.
• Works with Case Management to identify housing-ready clients.
• Resolves crises or conflicts with landlords and management relationships.
• Maintains fairness in securing apartments per Fair Housing standards.
• Develops and maintains a database of available housing options.
• Identifies new housing opportunities through networks.
• Prepares housing reports and compliance information.
• Informs Case Management of unit readiness and issues.
• Prepares housing packages and assists with document access.
