Qualifications

• Two years’ experience providing services to highly vulnerable populations.
• Ability to communicate with diverse groups.
• Experience with homeless services and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop working relationships with other non-profit agencies.
• Assist in developing and implementing client treatment plans.
• Conduct ongoing case management assessments.
