Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Housing Attendant to lead cleanliness and transport operations on site. The role supports the Employee Housing Manager within Human Resources, ensuring safe guest and staff movement and upkeep of common areas in a mountain resort environment.

The position requires a 21+ age, a high school diploma or GED, a state driver’s license, and ability to work in a team or independently. Previous housekeeping and conflict resolution experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a state-issued Driver’s License and be insurable.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and independently.
• Previous Housekeeping Experience preferred.
• Conflict Resolution Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre/post-trip inspections, level 1 basic maintenance (oil, fluid, fuel), and reporting mechanical issues.
• Follows speeding laws, passenger capacity limits, and all other traffic laws.
• Mandatory safety training is required.
• Ensures timely arrivals at collection points, passenger transport, and supervisor communication.
• Transports employees to transit centers, shopping trips, appointments and activities.
• Manages passenger behavior, ensuring safe disembarkation with personal belongings, and incident reporting.
• Oversees sanitizing and stocking kitchen bathrooms, hallways, entryways, and common areas.
• Gathers and transports trash/refuse to on-site dumpsters and manages compost and recycling collection and disposal.
• Aids in maintaining common spaces, outdoor areas and reports maintenance requirements to facilities.
• Covers day-to-day upkeep, handling move-ins/move-outs in the manager's absence, and departmental coordination.
• Assists management with room inspections and reports policy violations.
• Serves as a point of contact for resident advisors, policy enforcement and community building.
• Partners with Employee Experience Coordinator and International Employee Coordinators for events and activities.
