CPC is seeking a Finance Analyst to support affordable housing development projects from underwriting through closing. The role involves building and maintaining financial models, analyzing feasibility, and reviewing costs to ensure financing and regulatory requirements are met.

You will work with developers, lenders, state agencies, attorneys, accountants, and internal teams to gather information, prepare applications, and update models as projects evolve.
