Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Admin, Real Estate, Urban Planning or related field +3 years financial analysis experience.
• Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or related field +2 years analysis experience.
• Experience with housing development financing and public funding sources is a plus.
