Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, Planning, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support DRE filings for pink, conditional, and final reports.
• Track DRE submission schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate collection of documents from internal teams and external consultants.
• Maintain DRE filing checklists and logs.
• Monitor report expiration dates and amendments.
• Assist Project Management with DRE-related requests.
• Process project invoices and vendor setup.
• Coordinate FHA/VA approvals and permits tracking.
• Notarize documents as needed.
