Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, marketing or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in housing counseling, real estate, mortgage lending, or social work.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus; equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or group housing counseling and referrals.
• Schedule clients and complete HOAP financial assistance applications.
• Prepare closing documents and attend closings.
• Coordinate foreclosure and pre-purchase seminars as needed.
• Maintain liaisons with housing professionals to represent the counseling program.
