Connecticut Community Care, Inc. seeks a Housing Coordinator to manage and coordinate housing resources for clients under the Money Follows the Person program. This role involves working with families, landlords, and various stakeholders to ensure clients find safe and appropriate housing options.
The ideal candidate will have experience in housing service coordination and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and knowledge of community resources in Connecticut.

The Housing Coordinator, under the Money Follows the Person (MFP) program, works with consumers, families, providers, landlords, property owners, and other staff to coordinate, manage, and implement housing tools, resources, and inventories to ensure that consumers secure safe and appropriate housing. At CCC all duties are performed in a manner that fosters the achievement of the organization's mission.

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
