Connecticut Community Care, Inc. is seeking a Housing Coordinator to assist clients in securing safe and appropriate housing. The role involves working closely with landlords and clients, identifying housing options, and ensuring proper documentation.
Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in housing services and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

The Housing Coordinator, under the Money Follows the Person (MFP) program, works with consumers, families, providers, landlords, property owners, and other staff to coordinate, manage, and implement housing tools, resources, and inventories to ensure that consumers secure safe and appropriate housing. At CCC all duties are performed in a manner that fosters the achievement of the organization's mission.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
