Job summary

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in housing service coordination for the aging and persons with disabilities.
• Experience in real estate market and negotiation is a plus.
• Familiarity with needs of multiple vulnerable populations, especially older adults and persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential housing units for MFP clients.
• Assist clients with transportation to view housing units.
• Complete and submit required housing paperwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the state system.
