Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. is seeking a Housing Coordinator to lead the SSVF rapid-rehousing initiative for veterans in Arizona.

You will coordinate services, outreach to landlords and housing stakeholders, and arrange financial assistance to veterans in need. Responsibilities include negotiating agreements with landlord partners, providing direct services and mobile advocacy, and working within CBIs clinical policies to ensure housing-first support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or higher in behavioral health preferred.
• 1-3 years of full-time health-care related work experience or equivalent.
• Current Arizona driver's license.
• Clear 39-month motor vehicle record.
• Behavioral Health Technician designation per A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI policies.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card, site-specific.

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services throughout Arizona, serving individuals experiencing crises, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Job Summary

The Housing Coordinator will coordinate and oversee the implementation of the SSVF (Supportive Services for Veteran Families) program, a rapid-rehousing initiative designed to provide housing-first services for veterans. Responsibilities include:

• Landlord, community, and housing stakeholder outreach and collaboration.
• Coordinating financial assistance for veterans.
• Negotiating agreements with landlord partners.
• Providing direct services and mobile advocacy as needed.

Skills / Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 1-3 years of full-time health-care related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Arizona driver's license.
• Clear 39-month motor vehicle record.
