Community Bridges Inc. seeks a Client Stabilization Specialist to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness at shelter or temporary lodging sites. The role stabilizes entrants via HMIS intakes, rules orientation, and in‑person visits, while coordinating services and escalating issues to leadership.

The position emphasizes data entry into HMIS and related systems, room checks, and coordinating housing prioritization assessments as part of a holistic care approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum twelve months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders.
• 1–3 years of full‑time health‑care related work experience providing exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations.
• Valid identification.
• Behavioral Health Technician certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures preferred.
• Will complete CBI Peer Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (program specific).

Responsibilities

• Stabilize individuals and families entering shelter or temporary lodging through intakes into HMIS and education on rules and responsibilities.
• Provide orientation, face‑to‑face visits, and perimeter walks; escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate with leadership and Client Care Coordinators on program violations and complex needs; coordinate services.
• Enter data into established data systems (violations, end‑of‑shift notes, room checks).
