The Housing Coordinator will coordinate and oversee the implementation of the SSVF (Supportive Services for Veteran Families) program. The purpose of the SSVF program will be to provide a rapid re-housing program that will be a Housing First model to, obtain and retain safe, long-term housing and provide case management for self-sufficiency. This will include: landlord, community, and housing stakeholder outreach and collaboration, coordination of direction financial assistance for veterans, and agreement with landlord partners. The Housing Coordinator will have coordination duties and provide some direct service and mobile advocacy.
