Bader is seeking an Operations Compliance Specialist at our corporate office in St Louis Park, MN to support site teams, residents, and stakeholders. The role emphasizes rent collection, accurate resident ledgers in Yardi, and compliance with affordable housing programs.

This full-time, on-site position offers strong benefits, including 401(k) with matching, health, vision, life and disability insurance, PTO, FSA, and potential rent discounts. Some travel to support sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Must be able to read, interpret, and reconcile resident ledgers.
• Must have basic knowledge of affordable housing programs, compliance and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to site teams, leadership, residents, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear, accurate follow-up.
• Support rent collection by monitoring delinquent balances and coordinating site follow-up.
• Prepare, send, and track pre-filing notices and file eviction actions.
• Maintain resident accounts in Yardi, including charges, adjustments, and supporting documents.
• Track recertifications, lease renewals, rent changes, and subsidy notices for accuracy.
• Assist with compliance processes, audits, and reporting.
• Support process improvement and special projects.
