Community Action of Skagit County is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of agency-owned rental properties, build tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance, ensure compliance, and grow the housing portfolio.

Formación

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3 Years of Property Management experience, ideally in affordable housing preferred.
• Experience with tenant compliance, financial management, and working with vulnerable populations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and general property operations.
• Monitor and address tenant compliance with rules and lease agreements.
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and units for safety and maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and unit turns with the maintenance team.
• Assist with budgets, financial documentation, and audits.
• Build relationships with residents and organize community engagement activities.
