The Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) seeks a seasoned program professional to lead the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP). You will supervise, train, and guide staff, ensuring accurate processing and adherence to HUD regulations and internal policies.

You will also provide high-level customer service to applicants, landlords, and agencies, resolve complex cases, and prepare for hearings while maintaining strong program integrity and reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, social service, or related field(s) and a minimum of three years of experience in HUD Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP).
• Experience with property management, leasing, and contracting is preferred.
• Ability to interpret HUD regulations and program policies and train staff accordingly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in HCVP, administer program aspects, and ensure accuracy of work.
• Train new and current staff on HUD regulations, policies, and portal usage.
• Educate applicants and participants on program rules and procedures.
• Respond to complaints, mediate disputes, and prepare for hearings as assigned.
