Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience in HCV, with two (2) years experience in portability.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, urban studies, social service, or related field preferred.
• Some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct customer service to all participants and landlords in the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
• Calculates tenant rents and housing assistance payments per HUD requirements.
• Processing rent determinations, HAP contracts, and annual/interim recertifications.
