Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in English required, bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to tour property, walk distances, and climb stairs.

Aufgaben

• Ensure program participants are provided with essential services.
• Assist clients in developing an Independent Living Plan (ILP).
• Provide information, referrals, counseling, and advocacy services.

Kenntnisse

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic competency in MS Windows

Ability to relate to the underserved populations

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field

Master’s degree in Social Work preferred
