Qualifications

• Some college courses with related experience or a degree in a related field.
• Experience in case management and crisis intervention.
• Must have own transportation and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing case management assistance to program participants.
• Conduct casework including goal setting and personal financial planning.
• Assist participants with transportation needs and community resources.
