Cornerstone – Housing Specialist Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) in Rockville, MD, is seeking a Housing Specialist to help clients secure and maintain housing while navigating benefits and entitlements. The role includes administrative support for the ACT team and facilitating employment stability through regular client visits.

The position emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary ACT team and dedication to improving housing outcomes for individuals with serious mental illness.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of case management experience preferred.
• Experience working with the population of serious mental illness in the capacity of case management, integrated care coordination, and medical office organization strongly preferred.
• Driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
