Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business and solid Excel skills, with experience handling HUD/HFA/ADMH reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business; two years of accounting experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and EHR systems; strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with HUD rules and confidentiality (HIPAA) compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and month-end accounting duties for Adult Residential and Community housing activities.
• Prepare and process monthly rent payments; manage lease contracts and renewals.
• Maintain accurate tenant and program files; ensure HUD/EIV compliance.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, journal entries and financial schedules.
• Support audits by housing funding agencies and internal teams.
