Corpay is seeking a Housing Coordinator in St. Charles, IL to manage temporary housing, handle high-volume communications, and coordinate with policyholders, landlords, and internal teams. You will document interactions, track milestones, and support lease arrangements.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely housing solutions. Training and workspace are provided in the St. Charles office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic CRM usage (ACT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle 60 inbound and 60 outbound calls daily and manage 100–150 emails to support temporary housing arrangements.
• Document interactions in the ACT database with summaries, contact details, and resolutions.
• Monitor move-out dates, lease expirations, and furniture pickup schedules.
• Assist policyholders with lease extensions, early terminations, and new housing arrangements.
• Coordinate with landlords, policyholders, and internal teams to resolve housing issues.
• Update landlord information and notify departments of address changes.
