Sisters of the Holy Cross Inc. is recruiting a Whole House Supervisor RN in Notre Dame, IN for full-time or part-time evening and night shifts. The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, ensuring safe, compassionate care for Sisters, and coordinating on-call scheduling.

Minimum qualifications include an RN license in Indiana, supervisory experience, and a commitment to Person Directed Living principles. Expect evening, night, and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory/management experience preferred, 2 years’ experience working with older adults.
• Must hold and maintain a license as a Registered Nurse in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to Sisters within the Whole House setting.
• Assist in creating a collaborative care environment with Nurse Coordinators and Care Partners.
• Participate in On Call Scheduling rotation and shift leadership on evenings and nights.
• Mentor and train staff in clinical areas and maintain safety and dignity of residents.
• Coordinate night/evening shift operations and ensure proper staffing.
