Job summary

Trinity Health's Sanctuary of Holy Cross in South Bend, IN is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Evening shift to provide direct resident care and supervise daily nursing activities. The RN will administer medications, monitor vitals, oversee staff on shift, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Nursing leadership to maintain high-quality, person-centered care.

A valid RN license and long-term care experience are preferred, with benefits including paid time off, tuition

Qualifications

• Valid RN certification required.
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records is advantageous.
• Supervisory experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including medication administration and wound care.
• Supervise nursing staff during shifts to follow care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Nursing leadership to uphold quality care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
