Trinity Health in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Part-time RN Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing staff within a shared governance model and coordinate care across units. The role focuses on clinical excellence, staff mentorship, and ensuring smooth operations when managers are unavailable.
The position requires an RN license, BSN preferred, and at least two years of leadership experience as an RN Staff Nurse. Master’s degree is a nice-to-have along with relevant certifications.
Employment Type: Part time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: Position Summary: Provides consistent leadership of nursing personnel and supports patient focused collaborative care in a shared governance environment. Responsible for coordinating, facilitating and integrating the optimal provision of service on each unit. In conjunction with this, other responsibilities include providing clinical expertise coaching/mentoring of staff and customer service. Assumes responsibility for the nursing units when Clinical Managers are not present.
