Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Connecticut seeks a Nursing Supervisor (House) to provide on-site leadership during nights, weekends, and holidays. This role ensures safe, high-quality, patient-centered care across all units by coordinating nursing operations, supporting staff, and resolving clinical and administrative issues. The supervisor acts as a resource for nursing teams and collaborates with other departments to maintain continuity of care and operational efficiency.
Full Time: 36 hours per week – Night Shift 12-hour shifts. Shifts will support Nights and Weekend hours.
This is a salaried position with a range of $91,624 to $146,640 (based on 40 hours/week). Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location. Applicable shift differentials are available.
