Courtyard Seattle SeaTac Airport is hiring a Housekeeping / Public Space Attendant to uphold clean, welcoming spaces for guests. You’ll support Room Attendants, stock supplies, and assist with guest requests in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role emphasizes team collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. We offer training and opportunities for growth within the TEAM culture.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, housekeeping, janitorial, or similar experience is preferred, but training is provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of hallways, public areas, restrooms, service areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub, and clean floors and surfaces.
• Collect and remove trash and soiled linens.
• Stock closets and floor pantries with clean linens and supplies.
• Maintain and replenish housekeeping carts.
• Deliver towels, cribs, and linens to guest rooms; assist Room Attendants as needed.
• Move furniture and items as required for cleaning.
• Walk floors to keep areas guest-ready and report issues to leadership.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping / Public Space Attendant, you’ll be an essential part of our Housekeeping TEAM, helping maintain the clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment our guests expect.

This is a hands-on, active position where you’ll maintain guest and public areas, support Room Attendants, keep linens and supplies stocked, and assist with guest requests. If you enjoy staying busy, working as part of a TEAM, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Pay: $20.74 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hallways, public areas, restrooms, service areas, and other assigned spaces
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub, and clean floors, carpets, furniture, walls, and other surfaces
• Collect and remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors and service areas
• Stock housekeeping closets and floor pantries with clean linens and supplies
• Maintain and replenish housekeeping carts
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots, linens, and other requested items to guest rooms
• Assist Room Attendants with room-cleaning duties when needed
• Move furniture, mattresses, and other items as needed for cleaning
• Walk assigned floors throughout the shift to keep hallways and service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Report lost-and-found items, damages, maintenance concerns, and other issues to Housekeeping leadership
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
• Work independently while supporting the overall Housekeeping TEAM

What We’re Looking For

Previous hotel, housekeeping, janitorial, or similar experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.

• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a TEAM
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Friendly and professional when interacting with guests
• Strong in communication and guest service
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
